Today she beat seeded number 2, Foluke Habitat Shittu from Nigeria unexpectedly easily – 6:3, 6:1. On other side of the draw the Austrian sent a message to her opponents that she simply deserved number 1. She defeated Cristina Deac from Romania 6:1, 6:0.
Head-to-head is favorable for Chavdarova, who won two out of three clashes against Pesendorfer.

Z rozstawioną z numerem 2 Nigeryjką Foluke Habitat Shittu poradziła sobie nadspodziewanie łatwo, bo 6:3, 6:1. Z kolei Austriaczka wysłała rywalkom komunikat, że numer 1 po prostu jej się należy. Z Rumunką Cristiną Deac wygrała 6:1, 6:0.
Bilans dotychczasowych spotkań jest korzystny dla Chawdarowej, która wygrała dwa z trzech pojedynków z Pesendorfer.
